Cap off your busy week with a hike on our beautiful local trails. Recharge, connect, and enjoy the outdoors together with other Boulder moms.

Thrive in your 4th trimester with our mom support group!
Each month will feature a panel of experts from our pregnancy and postpartum community of practitioners. Led by fitness instructor Giorgia Mancioppi and nutritionist Karina Wenker, they are joined by lactation consultants, doulas, yoga instructors, baby wearing specialists, and chiropractors.
We encourage moms to attend starting in their 3rd trimester and continue after your baby’s arrival. Babies and kids are always welcome!

The kids are back to school—now it’s your time. This 10-day challenge is designed for busy moms who are ready to reset their workout routine after a full summer.
Each day includes a 20-minute online guided workout, motivational tools, planning prompts, and community support to help you show up and feel good in your body again.

Learn how to take care of your pelvic floor and to use your pelvic muscles in your active routine. This class is essential for any woman, but especially women who have given birth and haven’t addressed their pelvic floor issues (like peeing your pants on accident!)
