For women in perimenopause and menopause, studies show that heavy lifting doesn’t just build strength and confidence, it supports bone density and longevity. This group workout class focuses on building up a barbell program.

We work on the main lifts: bench press, back squat, upper row, and deadlift.

We start the day with a super fun “Field Day”–style workout, full of laughter, sweat, and teamwork:

  • Mobility warm-up + field circuit

  • Ladder drills & upper body strength

  • Partner relay with weights

  • Core Grand Finale

  • Stretch & cool down

After the workout, we take time to connect, recharge, and learn something new. From 10:00–10:30am, a guest speaker leads a short interactive talk on wellness, mindset, or motherhood — while we enjoy homemade focaccia and local kombucha together.
