3 Circuits of strength and cardio intervals with the elastic band.

Lesson 2: Broomstick 1
Warm up
3 circuits: 1 round of Core (3 Abs Exercises) + 1 round of Lower body (3 Legs Exercises) + 1 round of Core (3 Abs Exercises - Hold the pose) + 4/5 minutes of cardio
Stretching

Lesson 3: Tabata 1
Warm up - reviewing all the low impact or easier variations
6 circuits of 4 minutes and 30 seconds each
Each circuit has 3 rounds, each round has 3 exercises - 30 seconds each.
10" of preparation - 20" of intensity.
