How the Challenge Works – Step by Step

  • Kickoff: August 20 – Set Your Intentions
    You’ll receive your first email with a 20-minute journaling task: Define your fitness goals and your “why” for the Fall.

  • Build Your Foundation (Days 2–5)

    • Aug 21: Clarify your priorities

    • Aug 22: In-person Italian Aperitivo at Giorgia’s Backyard – 6PM

    • Aug 23: Identify the tools to support your routine

    • Aug 24: Plan your Fall schedule + build your 3-week levels
      → Worksheets provided to guide you each day.

  • Show Up for Your Workouts (Days 6–9)
    From Aug 25–28, complete your daily 20-minute workouts
    → Live classes at 6AM, 8:45AM, 10AM, Noon – or use the recording.

  • Final Day – Coaching Call (Aug 29)
    Join the live coaching call to review your progress and build your personalized Fall Active Plan.
    → Bring your worksheets—this is where it all comes together.

  • Share Your Journey Daily to Win!
