Happy New Year!
Happy New Year, fitMindset Moms!
As we step into 2026, I hope you all had a chance to enjoy a wonderful, well-deserved break and that you crushed the New Year Gentle Reset Challenge! My heart is already full from seeing your commitment.
I am so incredibly energized and excited to announce that our Winter Quadmester officially begins tomorrow, Monday, January 5th! Get ready to see your Recharged, Ready, and Realigned faces back in-person or on Zoom!
After an intense year, I needed these past two weeks to relax, recharge, and enjoy my family—and let me tell you, I did just that!
My break was intense, but in the best way possible. From Saturday, December 20th, to the 24th, we enjoyed an amazing, dream ski vacation in Steamboat. We shared a fantastic ski-in/ski-out house with our best friends and we skied with other three families from Bear Creek Elementary. Ale and I even managed to successfully switch off at lunchtime to take care of baby Luna, ensuring we both got some fun skiing in with Leo and Lily. A personal highlight? I tried my first Peloton workout (we had a bike in the house) and now have a lot of opinions! We came back to a joyful (and not over-the-top) Christmas morning on the 25th, followed by a family 10km run/bike ride/stroller and an amazing lunch/dinner with friends where I successfully made homemade pansotti with "salsa di noci" and my first very delicious lamb.
The rest of the break was a beautiful mix of fitness, family, and fun:
We celebrated Lily’s birthday on the 27th at the ice-skating rink (I made my famous focaccia sandwiches, pizza, and cupcakes!).
I was back to Crossfit on the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th (and 31st, 2nd, and 3rd—can’t stop, won't stop!).
I did a deep clean and reorganization of the house, even donating my office (which, let's be honest, I never use because I always with you from my garage on zoom or at the gym) to Lily as an art room.
Skiing in Copper Mountain on the 29th and the kids had some playdates.
Ale and I snuck in some intense sessions to build our "wedding website" (stay tuned!).
New Year's Eve was a blast at our neighbors’ dance party, which ended with me coaching everyone on high jumps to reach the ceiling decorations (my beautiful dress will never be the same!). I cooked up our traditional lentils, shrimp salad in carved pineapple, and homemade cannelloni (with both ragu’ and a veggie version).
The most relaxing day? New Year's Day, when I stayed home all day in my pajamas, doing a deep but very slow cleaning and reorganizing of the living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
It was an active, fun-filled break, but most importantly, I did my absolute best to switch off from work, read a bunch, and sleep in a lot! I feel completely reset and aligned with the energy you all deserve. The Future of GfM: Commitment and Consistency
This break confirmed one thing: these two weeks off every four months are truly needed—both for me and for the quality of the service I give to you. I’ve had time to think deeply about Giorgia fitMindset (GfM), and I know how much you guys love working out with me!
Therefore, I’m thrilled to share that I will be keeping the membership price the same as 2025!
However, to ensure I can continue delivering the best for you while also dedicating time to business growth, I will be strong on:
Taking two weeks off every four months.
Canceling 2–3 classes per month to work on the business.
Your support and understanding make this all possible. Thank you for being the most incredible community!
Let's Talk About Showing Up
It’s easy to get caught up in the pressure of "New Year, New Me." But this year, let’s leave that behind.
Instead of chasing a completely new version of yourself, let’s focus on the power of consistency and joy.
Your goal shouldn't be perfection, it should be joy.
Find a joyful goal that makes you want to show up.
This is your year to prioritize showing up for yourself
I can't wait to see your faces tomorrow! Let's make 2026 our strongest, most active year yet.
Love,
Giorgia
