Virtual Classes: 10+ weekly options via Zoom
Recordings: 5 fresh workouts added weekly
In-Person: 2-3 group classes per week in Boulder, CO (location changes)
Your Living Room: All you need is small equipment (mostly things you already have)

5-10 minutes: Warm-up with weekly challenge
40-45 minutes: Strength + cardio that builds real mom strength

Pelvic FLOOR and CORE Guidance
Many women don’t even realize they have pelvic core or pelvic floor issues. But if you have lower back pain, hip pain, or even knee pain, those can be tied to your pelvic core (so can leakage when you run or jump). If your pelvic core is weak, it has a chain effect on other parts of your body.
During pregnancy, your pelvic floor and core was stretched and weakened. And no matter how long ago you had kids, you need to learn how to activate your pelvic core during daily workouts and build a long-lasting active routine.
In our Giorgia fit Mom workout group, you’ll get specialized training developed for moms like you to help you be strong postpartum and as you get older. Enjoy life and be active with your kids (without the fear of peeing your pants)!

With 5 new recordings added weekly plus an extensive library, you can workout on your schedule. The live classes are amazing for accountability, but flexibility is built in.

This is my specialty! Every workout integrates pelvic floor strengthening. As a nurse, I understand the importance of this for long-term health, whether you're 6 months postpartum or years beyond.

Minimal! We use small equipment that most people already have around the house. I'll provide a list of recommended items, but you can get started with just your body weight.
