We recommend waiting for your doctor's clearance (usually 6-8 weeks), then we’ll modify the workouts to help you ease back into being active.

It's never too late! Whether you're 6 months or 16 years postpartum, your core can be strengthened and issues can be addressed. But if you’re more than 1 year postpartum, we recommend just joining the Giorgia fitMom workout program.
