Personal Trainer for Women
A mom of three and a long lasting athlete. Originally from Italy, I've been living in the athletic paradise of Boulder, Colorado since 2018.
I've dedicated myself to specializing in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism under the guidance of Brianna Battles. It brings me immense joy to assist women in maintaining and enhancing their performance throughout the incredible journey of pregnancy and postpartum.
My personal motherhood story perfectly embodies the concept of the "athlete brain." As a high-performance athlete, nurse, and woman, I've experienced the pressures of societal stereotypes dictating what a "normal" pregnancy and postpartum period should look like.
During my first two postpartum experiences, I felt lost. After my first baby, Leo, was born, I immediately skipped a delicious pasta meal that my parents had prepared to celebrate our return from the hospital, all in an effort to cut carbs and lose weight. Two months postpartum, I flew back to Italy to compete in a Judo National Championship. Seven months postpartum, I ran my first half-marathon. And let's not even mention how things went after the birth of my second baby, Lily.
Looking back, I wish I had been kinder to myself. The athlete’s mindset pushed me to exceed my limits, but now, nearly nine years later, I’m still dealing with the consequences of acting impulsively, without any specialized fitness guidance.
That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about being by the side of other athlete moms today, guiding them through an active, healthy pregnancy and postpartum journey with care, knowledge, and consistent support.
