GfM is a weekly, interactive, video-based training program that will give you the keys to growing your own active routine and achieving life-changing results.
Starting or changing your routine requires clarity, vision, the ability to show up consistently, and the willingness to play the long game. Without a roadmap, support, or guidance, the process can be overwhelming.
GfM can fast-track your growth and save you years of expensive trial and error. We’ve already helped hundreds of people, with different jobs, lifestyles and levels of preparation. We’d be honored to work with you, too.
GfM is intensive and challenging. There are no silver bullets, simple formulas, or guaranteed results.
But Giorgia says: “I promise you’ll never get bored”.
Here’s why: you’ll do more than 20 different workouts, and you won’t even notice.
GfM classes are around one hour long. We start with 5-10 minutes of warm-up, including the weekly challenge. The core of the class is 40 - 45 minutes long. It could be cardio intervals alternating with total body exercises, plank poses and lower body exercises, or HIIT workouts. At the end, we cool down with 5-10 minutes of stretching.
The Giorgia fitMindset program is designed to take place from the comfort of your home with small equipment, mainly using items that you likely already have around the house.

The GfM Coaching program is the teaching, strength conditioning workouts plus an additional 1-1 personalized wellness guidance. As your coach, I provide accountability to help you stay on track and reach your goals. With this plan, working out becomes an essential necessity, not just a chore. GfM Coaching membership starts on the first of the month and ends at the end of the month.
The GfM teaching program is the fitness structure that will lead you to achieve your active dreams. Following this journey, you will learn how to workout different parts of your body with different intensities. I will be there to lead you whenever you can show up, on zoom, on demand or in person. GfM Teaching membership starts on the first of the month and ends at the end of the month.

The Quarter GfM Coaching Membership is the perfect commitment to your active self. In these 4 months will work together tailoring the perfect plan to achieve your own fitness goals. I'll give you everyday accountability, personalized advice and organization and motivational support. That's the perfect recipe for your fitness success. Quarter GfM Coaching membership starts on the first of the Jan/May/Sept and ends at the end of the April/August/Dec.
The Quarter GfM teaching membership will lead you from a low/medium intensity to a high intensity. I'll guide you through this transformative building up program that we'll help you to improve strength, agility and endurance. Committing to a 4 months active routine will be the best investment of your life. Quarter GfM Teaching membership starts on the first of the Jan/May/Sept and ends at the end of the April/August/Dec.
