The Pelvic Floor workshop costs 70$. With the 70$ purchased you’ll get 4 live classes of one hour long + the recordings.
Do I have to take all the 4 classes of the pelvic floor workshop?
The Pelvic Floor workshop is a building up course. It’s very important to take the four lessons in order to have a full understanding of how your prlvic muscles work. It’s also essential to follow the pace of the course and practicing on your own (at the gym, running, following the GfM workouts…) everything I teach you in class.
