As we start the last week of January, after a couple of weeks practicing our new intentions and routine, I am thrilled to share everything happening at Giorgia fitMindset (GfM). I know how precious your time is, so let's dive straight into how our Strength & Conditioning program can empower you to find your strongest, most confident self.
What is Giorgia fitMindset?
GfM is a specialized strength and conditioning community designed for the "Multi-Tasking Mom." We are here for those navigating active pregnancies, regaining postpartum confidence, fighting perimenopausal symptoms through muscle building, “simply” reclaiming their health as their kids grow older or looking to have a weekly active date with their partner!
The Winter Schedule: Flexible & Powerful
I have designed this schedule to meet you wherever you are: whether that’s in your living room via Zoom or in-person in Boulder.
1. Online via Zoom
Perfect for the mom who needs to train before the house wakes up or during a lunch break.
Mondays: 6:00 AM or 10:00 AM
Tuesdays: 6:00 AM, 9:15 AM, or 12:00 PM (Noon)
Wednesdays: 6:00 AM or 9:15 AM
Thursdays: 6:00 AM, 9:15 AM, or 12:00 PM (Noon)
Fridays: 6:00 AM
2. In-Person (Boulder, CO)
For hands-on coaching and that unbeatable community energy.
Mondays @ 10:00 AM: Giorgia’s Backyard/Garage
Tuesdays @ 9:15 AM: Giorgia’s Backyard/Garage
Tuesdays @ 12:00 PM (Noon): Boulder JCC (6007 Oreg Ave, Boulder, CO)
Thursdays @ 9:15 AM: Giorgia’s Backyard/Garage
Thursdays @ 12:00 PM (Noon): Giorgia’s Backyard/Garage

3. Special Programming
Targeted sessions for specific goals and family fun.
Wednesday @ 1:15 PM: "Moms' Lifting Club" * Location: Boulder CrossFit (2480 49th St, Boulder, CO)
Focused on heavy lifting to support hormonal health and bone density.
Friday @ 4:30 PM: "Parents & Kids Workout"
Location: Front Range Judo (2850 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO)
A fun, station-based workout where you and your kids can move together!
