Embracing the Chaos

Hard to believe it, but today marks the official start of our summer break—and what a whirlwind it already feels like! Summer brings sunshine, freedom, and... well, a bit of beautiful chaos for moms. Between family trips, kids' camps, and the juggling act of all the things, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why I’ve been working behind the scenes to plan a balanced and purposeful summer quadrimester with GfM that supports your goals without adding pressure.

Let’s start with some reflection: one month down, three to go, and we’ve been keeping things high-energy with live classes, personalized tips, and an on-demand program designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re squeezing in 10 minutes or showing up for a full hour, it counts. That brings me to our summer motto:

“Show up as little as you can, as much as you need.”

This is a reminder for you and a reminder for me, too. Because after a year that included welcoming Luna into the world and watching Giorgia fitMindset graduate preschool, I’ve realized it’s time for me to recharge.

What This Means for You:

This summer, I’m carving out some space to grow and reset—so I can give you even more, better. Here’s the plan:

  • Two days/week to study for three new certifications that will enhance your GfM fitness journey. Think: deeper knowledge, better results.

  • One full day/week to work behind the scenes—simplifying access to workouts, nutrition plans, and new resources.

  • Two weeks in Italy to be with my family and soak in some much-needed rest and inspiration.

Friday, August 22: Join us for a special community event in my backyard! We'll kick off the "Back to Routine Challenge" with fun, food, and movement—then follow up with weekend homework and shorter workouts to ease into fall.
