GfM is a weekly, interactive, video-based training program that will give you the keys to growing your own active routine and achieving life-changing results.

Starting or changing your routine requires clarity, vision, the ability to show up consistently, and the willingness to play the long game. Without a roadmap, support, or guidance, the process can be overwhelming.

GfM can fast-track your growth and save you years of expensive trial and error. We’ve already helped hundreds of people, with different jobs, lifestyles and levels of preparation. We’d be honored to work with you, too.

GfM is intensive and challenging. There are no silver bullets, simple formulas, or guaranteed results.
But Giorgia says: “I promise you’ll never get bored”.
Here’s why: you’ll do more than 20 different workouts, and you won’t even notice.

GfM classes are around one hour long. We start with 5-10 minutes of warm-up, including the weekly challenge. The core of the class is 40 - 45 minutes long. It could be cardio intervals alternating with total body exercises, plank poses and lower body exercises, or HIIT workouts. At the end, we cool down with 5-10 minutes of stretching.

The Giorgia fitMindset program is designed to take place from the comfort of your home with small equipment, mainly using items that you likely already have around the house.

Every week I introduce a different physical challenge, reaching the end goal of the challenge on Friday. The weekly challenge promotes the importance of feeling accomplished. By reaching our goals, we begin to realize how our commitment to the routine leads to improving physical abilities, changing our body shape, and taking care of ourselves by exercising.

 

Quarterly goals.

Giorgia fitMindset workouts are scheduled by trimester. At the start of every trimester we do a Personal Evaluation and set our own goals. This is followed by a unique review from Giorgia with advice and tips on how to reach those goals.
During the three months of the trimester, the classes increase in difficulty day-by-day to finish with the hardest workouts.
