Giorgia fitMindset is a unique strength training program that integrates pelvic floor and core health into every workout. We specialize in helping women connect with their bodies through intelligent, personalized training grounded in science, experience, and care.

Our program was created to help busy moms build and sustain their own active routine through a thoughtfully designed structure that reflects deep values such as consistency, perseverance, stress relief, energy renewal, friendship, frugal living, Ikigai, and Kaizen—all guiding principles I use to teach my students how to show up for themselves, with purpose and joy.

Daily 6am Zoom Class. Additional sessions: monday 10am, tuesday 9:15am and at Noon (Zoom+In person class), Wednesday: 9:15am (Zoom+In person class) and 1:15pm (Only in person). Thursday: 9.15am (only in person) and Noon. Friday 4:30pm only in person.

Hi! I’M giorgia

I’m a busy mom of three, a former Judo athlete and nurse, and a wife.

I created Giorgia fitMindset to help moms be strong and maintain an active lifestyle while navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

It took me 30 years to learn how to listen to my body and mind’s needs, and I know how hard it is to find the space to take care of yourself. I understand what a messy life looks like; constantly feeling overwhelmed and not being able to prioritize.

That’s why I am here to help you stay accountable, show up and challenge yourself, and embrace a growth mindset.
